Suriname

As an adventurer, we prefer to get into a korjaal as soon as possible. Want to join us on an adventure? Book your trip now between about December 26th and January 5th 2022.

So you can discover the beauty of the tropical rainforest in the middle of nature during this destination.

Bunches of bananas hanging from trees just waiting to be grabbed, a network of meandering rivers and ancient trunks that live off what nature has to offer.

We are moored on the Surinam River, during this trip there will be little to less cruising apart from the few excursions offshore.

There are few other countries where so many different population groups live together in harmony, all with their own language, customs and religion. This makes Suriname a colorful whole. The capital of Suriname, Paramaribo, is known for its atmospheric and beautiful wooden colonial houses. Outside the capital you will be overwhelmed by the wealth of flora and fauna that the tropical rainforests house. Of course you will also get to know the hospitable population. At the Surinamese people the door is always open for an unexpected visit. The delicious exotic cuisine is a reason in itself to travel to Suriname! Besides the Surinamese culture you will see the colonial influence, especially the Dutch, everywhere.
