Yoga and meditation

Start your early morning with a sun salutation?

In the afternoon practice some meditation exercises on a deserted beach? Stacking stones? End your day with the lotus position? 

Mindfulness is our middle name, off course it is perfectly fine if you practice your yoga all by your self, but it is possible that you would like to get some guidance as well!

Exercising and relaxing at the same time? Get on the mat! Yvonne is a yoga teacher and provides various workshops and lessons for adults, but also for children and even babies.

The yoga classes that are given are an Easy flow yoga. This form of yoga is suitable for everyone, even if you’ve never done yoga before. During this class more explanation will be given about the postures. Because of this the pace is calm and relaxed. You will notice that your body will feel more supple during and after the class: we strengthen the muscles where needed and relax where too much tension is being held. Every class ends with a wonderful relaxation/meditation. In this way you step off the mat in a relaxed and energetic way.

* Besides yoga, snorkeling and supboarding all other activities are only in consultation and at extra cost.
