Sup boarding

SUP, or fully; Stand Up Paddle, is a really nice and active thing to do! Moving around on a surfboard with just a peddle in your hand. How well is your balance?  

Although it has only been known for the last few years, sup-boarding has been around since the 1950’s. Surf instructors and rescue swimmers from the island of Hawaii photographed tourists and students, from a wide board with a paddle, as an extra income. Sup-boarding is a fun and therefore fairly new watersport and conquers the world at a fast pace.

Sup-boarding is a fun and good workout for your body, moving yourself across the water also asks for some balance and so mentally you might be challenged! It’s great to make sup-tours and the fun part is; it’s not difficult at all! After a short instruction, you can immediately jump onto the board and experience it yourself.

In the waves supping can be a challenge, but if you like a challenge you can make quite a few miles on the sup. On windless days you can usually see the bottom from your board, as well as the sea life and the beautiful reefs. If the weather and location allows it, we make sure you can explore the area with our sup. Alone or with your family. Look at the horizon, paddle through the water. How zen do you want to become?
