From freshly caught sashimi to delicious stews and stunning salads,

Cooking together on board of the Dali is an experience! We offer workshops for beginners as well as advanced cookers, using mainly local products. 

Together we compose the menu, based on the offer of the location and availability of (fresh) products. Of course we take into account your diet and food wishes.

When the menu looks tasteful, we jointly leave at noon to hit the local markets and stores. Under the enthusiastic guidance of chef Sidney we will finetune  the menu and prepare the necessary. As a former professional chef he has an enormous knowledge of and experience with products, preparation techniques and various styles and (world) kitchens. Do you want to know something? Just ask! After all the efforts it is of course time for the most important part: to enjoy the results! Enjoy!

* Besides yoga, snorkeling and supboarding all other activities are only in consultation and at extra cost.
